Robert “Bob” Russo is a highly respected and accomplished professional with over five decades of experience in California’s dynamic real estate industry. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, Bob’s career reflects a unique blend of leadership, mentorship, and industry expertise that spans residential construction, real estate finance, escrow, and community engagement. Bob began his professional journey during a transformative era in California housing and quickly distinguished himself through his unwavering work ethic and commitment to excellence. Over the years, he served in multiple high-level roles within the real estate and construction sectors, including as Sales Manager for one of the largest privately owned homebuilding companies in the state. In that role, Bob oversaw large-scale residential developments, managed sales teams, and implemented operational strategies that helped shape entire communities. Beyond his achievements in real estate, Bob has also made a profound impact in the realm of collegiate athletics. As the head basketball coach for Riverside Community College, he led the Tigers to numerous appearances in the California State Championships. More importantly, he used the sport as a platform to mentor and positively influence the lives of countless inner-city athletes, many of whom credit Bob for helping guide their paths both on and off the court. His legacy as a coach continues to resonate in the lives of former players and in the broader community. Today, Bob serves as the Director of the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Division at J.A. Russo Enterprises, Inc., where he brings his extensive industry knowledge and leadership experience to one of the most important housing movements in California. Under his guidance, the ADU Division is expanding rapidly, helping homeowners and investors alike maximize the potential of their properties while addressing the state's growing need for affordable, efficient housing solutions.
